Hello,

when I was searching Google for the Gigasampler format specification I hit
your site. I wonder now where you got the specification from, where I can
find it on the net - or if you possibly could forward it to me.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,

Harald

The Gigasampler format is proprietary, so there is no specification. It's
partly based on the DLS [1] format however. The DLS1 specs can be downloaded
[2] for free, but you have to purchase and pay for the DLS2 specs [3]. The
only documentation about the Gig format I know of is this one [4] which is
very spartanic though. Everything else I fear you have to get by e.g. reading
the libgig code or by reverse engineering it by yourself. Of course you may
also ask for details on this list, as Andreas, Josh and me are quite
experienced with the format.

Good luck!
